Communicate change policies and Force majeure:

  • Implement a flexible modification policy that allows travel agents to make changes to the itinerary without incurring penalties, supporting them in adjusting the travel arrangements.
  • Clearly communicate the process for requesting itinerary modifications. Provide detailed instructions on how travel agents can submit change requests, including the preferred channels of communication (email, phone).
  • Allow travel agents to make changes to the itinerary without penalties in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, ensuring flexibility and understanding during challenging situations.

Travel Documents and Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring you possess the necessary travel documents. Egypt typically requires a visa, which can often be obtained upon arrival, provided your passport remains valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure from Egypt. For health requirements, please consult a specialized vaccination center at your country to learn about necessary precautions before your trip. It’s crucial and highly recommended to secure comprehensive insurance that suits your specific needs. Your well-being is a top priority.
