Welcome to Cairo, Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a Desert Cruise Travel representative will meet and assist you with arrival procedures. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, our tour manager will assist with check-in and review of your itinerary, confirming pick-up times for your tours.

Enjoy a delicious Egyptian breakfast before embarking on a journey to the Giza Plateau. Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and explore the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Afterward, enjoy lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant before heading to Sakkara to visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid ever built.

After breakfast, start your day at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located near the Giza Pyramids. The GEM is offering limited access to selected areas before its official opening, including the Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, and exterior gardens. After your visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Egyptian Museum in Downtown Cairo, home to an incredible collection of ancient artifacts and treasures. After exploring, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
