we will pick you from your hotel in Cairo to St. Catherine. You’ll travel comfortably in a modern air-conditioned vehicle, with the journey taking approximately 5 to 6 hours as we follow the scenic route via Sharm Road. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at Morgen Land Hotel, allowing you to relax and enjoy an overnight stay and dinner.
Our wake up call at 12:30 a.m., gathering at the hotel then hiding to the majestic Moses Mountain. Accompanied by an experienced Bedouin guide, you’ll embark on an awe-inspiring ascent of this sacred peak. Once you’ve conquered the mountain and descended, around 6:00 a.m., your guide will lead you to the renowned St. Catherine Monastery, one of the world’s most celebrated religious institutions. This historic monastery, dedicated to St. Catherine, who endured martyrdom for her newfound faith under the rule of Alexander, is sure to leave a lasting impression. following your visit to the monastery, you’ll return to your hotel for a delightful breakfast, before commencing your journey back to Cairo in the comfort of our modern transportation.
The climb is moderately challenging, involving a 2–4 hour trek, including the "Steps of Repentance" near the summit. Camels are available for hire up to a certain point.
